That's straight up illegal xD! Classroom of the Elite is one of the best anime with a super OP and sadistic (but not publicly) MC. He acts like such an average that he gets 50/100 in all tests xD.

COTE is pretty skippable, especially once you get to S2 imo. Plot starts to feel like a waste of time and the quality drops off too.

CotE S3 being delayed seems like a great news tbh. After the disaster that is Season 2, it's a great news. Of course, it's only a good news if the delay means they're taking more effort into the quality.

The anime has nothing to do with the manga. Season 2 already had a lot of production issues so it not a surprise they're delaying it.
I'm actually glad they delayed it, since I'd rather have a polished product be late than a crappy one that was rushed.

If there is manga and LN for an anime in the works, usually the studio will always go for the light novel.

Maru is unbeatable against human opponents. I still think Robin didn't suffer enough, though. At least his balls should be crushed for his crime.

Shiro said he doesn't mind being cut to shreds if it's for saving Mimihime. How tragic that it's not him being cut for the sake of saving her. I feel like the author loves to see us in misery by keeping reminding this.

Not killing Robin there was clearly a huge mistake and I'm betting my money that he will come back as a bigger jerk and become the main antagonist for Maru and Hiruko's timeline.

Very surprised to see that Japan hasn't yet been destroyed in the institution's timeline. So the theory that the children will be the ones who cause the great disaster is very probable.

This is easily my favorite show of the Spring season. The mystery keeps you coming back for more. The production quality is top-of-the-line. The opening theme Innocent Arrogance from BiSH is one of my favorite OPs alongside Idol from YOASOBI. They are quite underrated, NGL. Most of the time, they are pitched against the heavyweights that are more popular than them and they mostly sing for niche shows doesn't help either.

Overall, I rate it 9/10. This deserves another season.

I think Robin's suffering wasn't enough because he was knocked out unconscious early on.

I thought the last episode was horribly underwhelming, didn't explain a whole lot of anything, felt extremely rushed and Maru confessing his love just after freeing her from that torture facility is just bad writing. I hope season 2 will clear things up at least.

I kind of agree but I think they made it that way intentionally since it is last episode of season and didn't want to dwell on consequences of episode 12 because season 2 might be long ways away, so better to end it on lighthearted note(lots of people got shook by it), I mean Maru already confessed once before and it used it break tension(I don't like it).

Also 1 episode is not enough to even begin to unwrap that mess and set up next season so I can't really blame them for making it this sloppy. I would assume one s2 hits it is going to be like this didn't happen since this gives vibe that everything is fine and they got over it, when we know that is not the case.

I mean it gave us interesting clues, like what the hell was robin doing with that black thing etc, so like I don't know what you mean id didn't explain a whole a lots that is like every episode.

Since it was the final episode of the season, I expected some things to be cleared up. I know this show thrives on mystery but the only way to make that fulfilling is to give us some clear answers along the way. The last episode of the season would've been a good start.
